Adsense: premium account and ads type

    1- What is adsense Premium ac and how to become premium publisher? What about benefits?
    2- How many types of ads adsense has: image, text, video and ....
    (no video ads in my ac, what to do)
    3- What is contextual ads in adsense?

    I contact adsense support team but there is no reply expect autogenerated e-mail even 4 days has been passed.

    you must be very good to have a premium account , is not about 1k - 5k / month is about more i think .

    Sourceforge has premium ads

    You can't became a premium publisher. If your site gets traffic like ezinearticles and other big sites, then google may upgrade you account to a premium publisher. And there are many benefits. Take a lok at ezinearticles and you will see the difference :)
