[Adsense] poker site

    Dear All,

    Is it a problem for google if you have a website related to poker on all kinds of media(mac and pc)

    Its just information about programs etc is this a problem for google ?

    You should check this type of thing when you apply as an AdSense publisher. They don't allow you to link out to gambling and porn sites, do you think they're going let you put their codes on a poker site?

    Yes! its against google terms and conditions. Google not allowing Adsense in the following niche:

    1) Gambling
    2) Online Pharmacy
    3) Arm/ammunition
    4) Hunting
    5) Sex
    6) Alcohol
    7) Bulk marketing
    8) E-Gold etc.

    Yet they don't have any problem showing ads on poker videos on YouTube. Double standards are standard operating procedure for G.

    Google have actually changed their Adsense Policies. They allow gambling ads now, in markets where gambling is legal.
