Adsense plan idea?

I have following ideas about working with adsense:

Get the adsense approval by making a about 20 post blogger blog and after getting adsense approval, stop working in 20 post blog and use the adsence account in other websites. Actually, I want to use high payment keywords in some sites. So I want to get adsense approval first, from a blogger blog with low payment keywords.

    Please comment about my idea?

You will NOT get approval by Google for their Adsense program with an attitude towards your 'Plan' as it is. You are right in the fact that you only need the one site to get approval and then from that point you can add as many sites as you like , as long as they go within their rules. But if you think setting up a blog with 20 posts in 5 minutes is going to swing it with Adsense you are very sadly mistaken.

As for your response Nanncy222... why bother?

why don't you create the 20 posts to your planned high paying keyword so you won't waste your effort with that 20 posts in blogger page. if it don't work, then find another network. adsense might not be good for you then

Try and then tell us what happens.
Content needs to be unique though.

It doesn't matter whether the website you send in for approval has low/high paying keywords or not. You don't even need 20 posts, as long as the blog has a substantial amount of decent, original content and meets other Adsense requirements. Quality is more important than quantity; your website must look useful and genuine and not like a sham. Even if your blog has 1000 crappy posts with low paying keywords, you are unlikely to be approved.
