So far has been moderately successful having it where it is, but thinking of puting a second down below where the banner ad is since the banner has not paid off. www.eschoolsearch.com
Maybe you want to try quitting the banner and putting an adsense just below the main title (the two ads "banner" if I remeber correctly) or mingled in the main text (a square like the current banner only smaller).
Put a 468 below your logo banner. Or maybe get rid of the side banner and put a leaderboard below the logo banner, but expand the logo banner to cover the leaderboard. I've found that an image above the ad works well. On one of my blogs, the site's logo is directly on top of the leaderboard, and it gets the highest CTR.
too confusing as it is... multi-colored text, bold text, linked text in the middle of the page when all links should be listed in the menu on the left... there is no logical reason to have that school administrator link set up where it is.
I was thinking of putting a 120 x 90 link unit or a 120 x 240 vertical banner on the left margin in between the "contact us" and "for schools." The text color would be the same as the current text in there and would hopefully blend in.
I wouldn't recommend having two vertical banner ads, one in each side would make it look "Adsens-whorish". Then again... if that's the name of the game and it works for your bank account By all means let's find out if there's money in a "tacky'er" design (not in any way meant as an insult, plz take this in the most positive way)
