Adsense Placement Violating Tos Or Not

    Hello i have a wallpaper site i have placed adsense like this one image add and next to it a text add am i violating the tos.Ads are both google ads.

    I my self would say yes it is, but I am not 100% sure sorry I am about 99% sure it is.

    if both the image and text ads are google then you are not violating the TOS

    looks fine but if possible also put some content above the images under those ads somewhere. also keep some distance between those 2 ads.

    It should be OK.
    But you better ask them because in some cases this could be misleading and thus against the TOS.

    I think Google prohibited ad placement next to or below images a few months ago. So I would say it's against the TOS.
