Why not just place it on your left hand sidebar close to the navigation links? The current placement on the right seems odd to me because it looks kind of misaligned.
I have been thinking about trying that, i am going to move the ads to the navigation bar and see if my CTR goes up. do you think that I should leave a ad in my text too?
