    Very nice site and the adsense placement looks OK.
    Maybe you should make more shiny the colors of the skyscraper on the left side.

    In my opinion you should test it the way it is for a while and experiment later.
    That way you will know if you're improving or not.

    blending looks good but there are two link units on your site . i think you must remove one of them. it's against the adsense tos

    Google search "wrap text around adsense" for more placement options.
    Two link units are fine...Google just updated the TOS about that. (Subscribe to the Google Adsense Blog.)
