Adsense Placement Review - Need Review on it

    I have done an update with the placement on my website http://theonlinecentral.com

    Am I placing the Google Ads correctly? Or Am i violating Google TOS?
    I am referring about placement of Adsense on every POST of the website. Thank you in advance

    just review the placement of the google ads, not the template....... I know the template is simple.

    Instead of having 2 text ad squares within the post right next to eachother place a image ad square on the left and a text ad on the right... this will increase CTR %.

    Also place a link ad right below navigation so people will think its part of your navigation and have more clicks.
