Look good But you should keep track of traffic and earning for each template to know which on is the best one. How much do you earn from daily from it?

well it looks alright, but your not going to make anything with those adds, you should take away one of those link add thingies (the one bellow the search box) and add 2 big adds above it, this will draw clicks, also your going to have to add adds to the proxified pages, have a banner or a leaderboard on the top of the proxyfied pages
