Adsense placement in a Blog - Review Needed!

Hey, we just finished integrating Adsense in our blog... We decided to not place ads in the front page, just in the blog posts in order to not scare away visitors with ads right away in the main page, so we would like a review of the ad placement in our site.

The ad is a little to close to the text for my taste. I would add about 5-10px of padding to the left.

 

btw...did you use a free Web 2,0 Generator (i.e. http://msig.info/web2.php) to create your logo? I dont want to sound harsh but I would consider making your own logo, even if its really simple, because I have seen tons of people use identical looking logos.

 

Yeah mon, that is really cuting it close on the placement.

 

You could put another vertical skyscraper in the position I noted in the below image.

 

The placement near the comments seems nice, maybe with some padding so it will all fit... Also we will add the padding to the text as you suggested, I hope that increase a little bit the CTR of the blog. And yes, the logo is from that generator but we are just testing out haha, this is not even near for a final release.
