Adsense placement for my website

    Hello everyone ,
    I believe my cpm /clicks in adsense is quite less comparing to other industry leaders in blogging . So can i improve it by changing adsense placement on my website . Please look at my website and give me your suggestions

    Too many different colors going on. Look at some of the major sites then look at yours. Layout is good just knock off a couple of the fluorescent colors.
