Adsense Placement-Any Suggestion??

    For your 2 block ads on top, change one of them to an image only ad and leave the other one to a text ad. These tend to have high CTR.

    Also: try changing the green url to black instead.

    i have two suggest

    * your ads look like ads:D . use the same colours which are matching to your theme

    * move one of the ads unit to the footer
