Pin adsense is sended by standart post, maybe about 2 week, but i got it after 12 week from my new PIN request. if not reciept yet in 2 week you have to request new PIN again by clik url that you get on your email from google adsense but if no longger time from limit validate for ouw Pin about 4-6 month, we have to send email to google. or applay for new publiser with valid address
I guess! you must change your payment option to Western Union! if its available in your region because! it doesn't require any PIN!
don't worry I faced your problem before and i was too worry but really adsense team is very good I tried to receive pin 3 times and it is not coming to me then I sent adsense support e-mail with My ID photo to verify my address and name and they answered me and they removed the PIN holding so don't worry just wait for 25 day after last one then send them your id and It will be ok you can also see my Thread about the same problem here good luck
Send scanned image of Photo ID or bank statement or any other document that shows ur name and the address u used at adsense. They will remove PIN holding. I did it because my 2 PINs never came.
