No. You can't. Google and Paypal are different companies. You can get checks delivered right at your doorstep, or get payments by EFT, in some countries.

If you are in the USA, you can do ACH (direct deposit to your US bank account). I think Google should allow paypal deposit. I know, I know Google have their own check out system but it is not really like paypal.
Ahh i don't think we can not get it in paypal even in dreams buddy but i will say that now google must open their checkout service for publishers and minimum payout must be $50 only .

Google's Checkout will soon have the capability of Paypal. So i don't think Google Adsense will allow Paypal as mode of payment.
Nope.. You can't Infact, Google will never use PayPal to send payments as its a direct competitor of Google Checkout.
You can't be paid via paypal but if your country can accept western union payments, it's a lot better than paypal anyways.
