Adsense Payments On Hold - Can't Release

Discussion in 'Payments' started by SavingLady, Oct 13, 2009.

I am one frustrated cookie here. My Adsense payments are on hold and there is no way I can release them. I can't get a hold of Google to get the problem straightened out either. There is no solution to my problem in their help/support. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, how did you get it resolved.

Any help someone here can give me would greatly be appreciated.

Well, more information would be useful. Why has Google put a hold on your payments? Have you completed all the steps they require to release payment?

There is a way out - don't give up. Calm down and find it ... and then tell us how you finally got your money! It might not be straightforward as you expect, but successful nevertheless!

Have you been paid up until your payments were put on hold? Are you sure you haven't put your own payments on hold? Perhaps you've changed your account details and Google are checking them out...

Whatever, please do update with your progress in this matter and sorry if my questions seemed a tad condescending - not meant.

You need to be more specific as to why the account is in hold
Few reasons i can think of:
PIN not validated, well you need to ask for a pin from google again and validate it in your adsense account area
Cheque issued but returned undelivered- this is the most common problem for which the account goes into hold, what you need to do is go to your account area and change the address a bit and then save go to the hold and through the link contact adsense support, giving some reasons as to why your cheque got returned, also use this thread in google adsense support forums to post your query depending on which situation you are:
I have no visible holds on my account, and have not been paid
My check/payment was returned or expired and I'm unable to remove a hold on my account

    Hope this helps :)
