I just wanted to know if anyone can tell me, if your web traffic is going extremely slow and you want to terminate your google adsense account, would they send you any un-paid money if the balance is less than 100 dollars. Are there any fees involved with this.
nope, Ive only started making $100+ a month recently, last year I probably had about $70 at the end of the year and they never sent a check.
cd be true if you declare your account now and get money an year after. (simply the rate of interest wd bear the cost of posting in a year time)
I've never heard of this policy nor can find any information confirming it. I've had < $100 in an account and have never received payment at the end of the year.
You do not get your balance at the end of the year if it is under $100. Lets stop this rumor right here before it gets out of hand! The only way you get a check for under $100 is if you close out your account. They will send you the balance, and thats only if it is above $10. If it is under, you are out the money.
It took me about 14 months to get my first $100. Google did not send me a payment until after I reached $100 Think about it - How much money is tied up in accounts of less than $100 each that Google will never ever have to pay? How many people start an account earn a little bit and stop or go on to other things?
I believe Jackle was referring to any outstanding balances (under $100) for an account that is terminated for reasons other than invalid clicks. In that case, I would also expect Google to at least send a cheque for the remaining amount that the publisher rightfully earned.
If your account is terminated by Google for any reason (ie violation of TOS) then you will not receive your money. There has to be a reason for terminating an account. If YOU terminate your account, then you get the money that is left if over $10.
Only if you cancel/close your account they will send u the money. But you can never sign up for that again
Oh wow. I didn't know that they pay you after a year if your balance is less than 100$. That's really neat. But I guess everyone who intends to be serious about being a webmaster would make a 100$/year
You can sign up for that again. For instance, in some countries they offer payments by western union only to personal/individuals and not to a business account holder. So if you have a business account, they tell you (they told me) to close this account and open a new one and the payments in the closed account will be sent back in 90 days.
