    i signed up for a adsense account two months ago and i have made only 12$
    will adsense close my account if i don't make 100$ within a certain time limit.

    No, there is no time limit. In some ways I wish I had signed up for Adsense after genrating at least 100 uniques a day but I'm only getting 10-15 a day, but its still making decent money.
