Adsense payment issue to western union

I'm confuse whether to select Quick Cash or Quick Pay which is which and whats the difference?

 

in here, we only have one type payment .... withdraw cash from western union

 

as long as i know quick cash means to withdraw money , quick pay means to send money via google adsense .

i agree, western union is the best payment option

 

i`ve also seen wester union as the secondary payment option. I have`n seen nothing such as quick pay or quick cash but i could bet that those methods are not faster than WU
