We have noticed our Adsense payment is listed as "payment issued", however, the exchange rate seems to have been reversed, meaning that we've been paid less Australian Dollars than the US amount, when we should get more AUD. Has anyone else in Australia had this problem? Has there been a general problem in this area, or are we just unlucky ones? It would be great if Adsense Advisor was around to make a comment on the situation and what can be done to rectify it. Naturally we will email Adsense, but just wondered if anyone else had experienced the problem this time, and what response they'd received? We noticed in our searches that the same situation has happened in the past.
I noticed the same thing with my payment details. I'm waiting to see if the correct amount goes into my bank account as this happened some time last year and even though it showed the wrong exchange rate in my account the correct amount was sent. Let us know what they say, if you email them about it.
Yes same thing for me too. This is the first time it has happened for me. I too am waiting for it to appear in my account before emailing Google about this. And they will fix it if the payment is incorrect, so don't stress too much about that - we will eventually see the rest of the cash.
I noticed today on another forum (not sure if I'm allowed to name this?) that there is a response from the Adsense Advisor to posts about this issue, and that Adsense accounts people are aware of the problem and will be contacting affected publishers shortly. Hopefully it will all be sorted out soon... hopefully fairly soon...
Same here, Just couple minutes ago checked my bank account. I got much less money than I should Happy new year, Australia.
Hi Australian publishers, If you are having problem. Do bring this to the notice of G Team. It might be a mistake. Wish You all a Happy New Year a head.. Regards,
I've got the same problem. Reversed amount went in to my account. Does anyone have the contact email for adsense? It's not as easy to find as I would have thought.
You shouldn't need it Fry, as you should have recieved an email from Google about this already. But their email address is .
