I had the same feeling Google cuts our revenue share... I mean the percentage drop in adsense is way lower than the percentage drop in adwords. and with all the smart pricing and quality maintainance choking on publishers, it makes extra difficult for us to survive. not to mention with all the negativities and capital dry up in the world, it seems unlikely to come up with a new successful site with good organic traffic. Google need to change their system for us if they are the "good guys"?
ad revs are falling across the industry, try and do something new and interesting and you might make some real cash.
hey man you have to look at it this way... there are so many variables involved. First of all, adsense for content pays a lot less and is a lot less competitive that adsense for search. yes the economy is bad, this means that less companies are paying big bucks for adwords, and especially for content. there are many, many variables to consider.
