WHy do you think it is a bluff.. If one were smart, he could learnt enough here to either create a GREAT site or create dozens of moderate site that pays... Celebrity, jokes, poems, videos... easy to create... easy traffic... not GREAT eCPMs but add up enough of those.. and you get such money...

 

The $58K is over 4 years.

Don't have much to show for it. Just a leather chair and a Seagate Hardrive. I think most of was spent on domains and hosting.
Domains/hosting will suck the life out your wallet.

 

Well his blog is about tech, internet, computers while his ads are on bankruptcy, mortgages and bank loans. Keyword density on the blog shows high repeats on "home loan". I would suggest him cater ads to his target audience.

I have tried general affiliate schemes like Amazon etc. Where webmasters don't click on Adsense, they do click on Amazon ads... sometimes. What is your experience?
