Adsense page impressions don't match.

    Hi there,

    My adsense page impressions don't match with my Wordpress Site stats plugin...

    Why are the stats not matching ?

    What am I doing wrong ?

    Can someone please tell me this ?

    I'm sorry for double post,

    But my adsense says: 350 views while Wordpress plugin says: 850 views...

    WHY :|?

    do you have adsense on all of your wordpress pages?
    than could it be wordpress counts both bots/spiders and real visits?

    I dunno what wordpress counts , but I do have ads on all of my pages :(...

    Not sure what your wordpress plugin does - but I would go with Google's figures.
    It's the core of their business and they will have it sorted.
    If you check your cPanel AWStats, you'll probably find even higher figures.

    There are so many problems getting accurate stats.
    Example problems are:
    How do you count repeated page loads?
    Is data on your server cached - and does your plugin count only when your cache gets reloaded?
    Is local data being cached - and how often is it refreshed?

    In other words it is almost impossible to get THE correct answer - because it depends on what you think that might be, and measuing it might be almost impossible.
