Adsense or Adword?

    I have seen plenty of Adsense advertisement on many websites.. But I have been wondering, which program is better to use? Adsense or Adword?
    Even though I haven't been using the affiliate programs from Google, this is just came to my curiosity... :p

    Adsense is used by publishers.
    Adwords is used by advertisers. :)

    Yes, like Mong says, it's two entirely different things.

    One is to get traffic (AdWords) which COSTS you money and one is to get rid of traffic (AdSense) which MAKES you money.

    They are right. But if you are asking which is better to advertise on, google's own google.com, or via Google's ads on other websites, the ads that appear directly on google.com are best for me.
