    I am selling this website, because I have other projects to maintain and develop.

    How is it monetized?
    The website is monetized via AdSense for now only. The website has up to 2 Euros CPC in AdSense.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes, facebook page with over 1000 fans.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Very little.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Maintaining articles, website traffic.

    Its obvious that this is a scam. Any decent person would spend 5 minutes of his time to gather revenue proof of his earnings. Stay away from this guy

    I figured that this was too good to be true, I mean (if I saw this right) over $100,000.00 a month would be over $1 million a year. And he's selling it for only $250.00 (Right!!!) The thing is if this was verified to be legitimate then I would jump at an opportunity like this. But I guess I will keep looking. LOL.
