Hey, some of those blogs give useful information you know :)

TBH, as an Adwords advertiser, I've never found content ads to be worthwhile. For mass-market items I suspect they may be useful, for for the very narrow and technical niche my business is looking for they're pretty useless.

Either that or my copy is only good at converting searches..

I have been working on about 50pages of rich content for my site on making money from home. Have just completed it and uploaded. Hoping to get the best of traffic now.

Should I be submitting to search engines again? I have this site listed already. Please advice

No need to submit new pages. The bots will find you. Just make sure your linked from a site that is listed and they will follow it.

I recently reported a webmaster who told his visitors to click on google ads in order to increase their chance to win a drawing. Nothing happened....

I would just e-mail google and ask them to take a look. Google's opinion and the Average DP users opinion on what is enough content is very different. I had some sites that would have gotten ripped into on these boards by some people, get welcomed into google with open arms when I e-mailed them asking them to take a look at a site I was ready to throw up if everything was ok. Just be very polite, and to the point, and the worst they will tell you is no thats not ok.

I guess adsense only sites work if you have like 100 websites and expose them like crazy. Im sure you can make good money than, but I doubt you could make a living off them anytime soon. I think working on one site and building it up then moving onto new sites later is the best way.

I don't know what you're talking about, dude. I found that site of yours immensely entertaining. Definitely worthy of being called "content".

HI, does anyone here have problems with their adsense.

I have it on 2 of my sites at the moment (www.neverpaintagain.co.uk) and (www.cleverd.com) but whenever i put adsense to show on 2 or more locations, only one of the groups of ads actually shows. Tried it with different code also but to no avail, poss a java issue.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so that i can show 2, 3 or 4 seperate adsense units instead of the one. Not fact, just stumped.;)

    cheers

Are you trying to show the same ad size or are you trying to use a banner ad on the top and a skyscraper on the side?

My experience has been that if you try to run two of the same ad types the second one does not show up. I have not investigated it nor do I know if it is intended, accidently or a problem on my end.

But I found by using different ad types I have no problems with multiple ads showing up on the same page.

I have the same problem on some sites. I think it's got something to do with the number of ads available for that page - but I'm not certain. If there aren't enough ads available, then the 2nd (or subsequent) adblock doesn't show.

It's usually indicative of low inventory. Which usually also means low CPC.

I faced the same problem. But I think it takes some time for ads to show up. I suggest you wait for some time. I use three similar ad units in one page. The second and third unit ads showed up some time after I put the code.

He probably got approved for another legitimate site, then heard you could make money by posting crap, and so he decided to do it. Except the Einstein didn't realize he was using his publisher account, and when he gets banned, he'll lose the entire account for even that legitimate site, if one ever existed in the first place.
