Adsense Only Approving 6-month Old Blogs/Sites?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by najamfirdous, Jul 5, 2009.

I heard that Google is NOW only approving (at least) 6 months old blogs / sites for Adsense.

Is it true or is it a rumor?

If true, where did Google mention this?

Also, does it apply to Blogspot blogs as well?

    Thanks

It depends on your country In India the Adsense Gets approved only for blog older that 6 months but in many other countries even 20 days old blogs get approved...
But the general Rule in Adsense is that if your site needs to be participated in Google adsense it must be atleast six months old...

Could you more specific, I'm from India and have sites/blogs less than six months(even less than one month old too) getting couple of clicks and revenue through search engine/social booking/forum link etc.

I'm using same adsense code for old and new sites/blogs.

    Does it a violation?

the age of domain, blog, site is not important !
it is the content of site the main feature for the approving of google ads :)
try to enlarge your site's content, develope it to be useful to visitor, drive traffic to it, you will be soon approved by google ads, not to wait until 6 months old of blog :)
have good luck with google ads earning mate !

    From https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=9724
Have you owned your site for 6 months?
In some locations, including China and India, we require publishers to have owned their sites for 6 months. We've taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers.

Does individual sites/blogs need approval for using adsense. I'm holding adsense account more than two year now.

Normally i build any websites, then through adsense setup create ads for website, other than that there is any need of approval for each websites?. yes in case required how i can submit website for approval.

    thanks

I think increasing number of pulishers from India and China scared them of lossing money to these countries hehe. Anyway seems good to me as this will decrease the enterance of spammers and scammers. Easy money has become not so easy now :)
