Adsense on youtube video's

    Does anyone know how to get ad's on you youtube video's, I've noticed them popping up and I wouldn't mind doing it myself if it's possible

    I'm sorry but I don't think ad units is what we are talking about, I did find that when I searched it. I mean that when I am searching videos on the youtube website itself some videos have Google ad's displayed during the video. Is this a feature of ad unit's?
