AdSense on XXX-site?

Discussion in 'Guidelines / Compliance' started by MrWize, May 10, 2006.

Is it against the TOS of AdSense? (as I understand it is).

But ... I found an XXX-site that runs sponsored links from google syndication.com, but doesn't look like "AdSense"-ads. How is it possible?

Why I ask is because I do have a domain-name for an XXX-site, and would like to try AdSense or similar on it :D

    Adult material is not allowed.

I just received an email from adsense regarding one of my sites which contains adult material, by adult I mean adult text/conversation and not images. For this reason adsense was suspended on that one domain and hence the email to me.

I have removed the adsense and let them know, but clearly even adult talk is a no go.

Messing with adsense is no good but this idea works. Suppose you have a site which is approved with adsense and have adsense advertise. I am calling this valid site A. B will be a second domain i am using in this trick should be framing A's google advertise. And C will be your pron site that is calling B's adsense calling frame. Thats done

I'm more surprised that Google even HAS ads for porn than the fact that this site is running AdSense. If the TOS doesn't allow adult sites to have AS, how the hell is Google serving adult ads??

But as for the site, it looks like it's just some made-for-adsense search engine which just happens to be hosted with porn-related words in the domain name. If you look at the links on the right none are adult-related.

But still, all links/ads are served through googlesyndication.com ... check the source code ;) even that they have "categories" not related to porn, but to all other nisches with highpaying keywords.

That site does not have adult content. It's domain name just happens to have "sex" in it, and that's not against TOS. It's a parked domain by a premium publisher with just Google ads and more links to more parked domains that will give you more links. So, no, it doesn't technically have adult content, so technically it doesn't violate the TOS. And yes, Adsense does have porn ads -- it's all part of their hypocrisy. As well, they know this guy has no content, but they let him have his Adsense account because he brings in a ton of money so everyone's happy on the donw low. Just one of the many dirty secrets of Adsense.

Yes, a lot of people do this. They are either ignorant of the Adsense TOS and is destined to come here whining about "why did I get banned? I did nothing wrong?" or they do know, and want to take the risk anyway.
