With the newest change to the TOS, it seems we are now allowed to put adssense on non-content pages, has anyone tried it on a welcome page and did it have a very high ctr?

While they did make some changes to the TOS about error pages, search pages, etc they did not say that they are okay on "non-content" pages.

Copied from the Program Policies just a minute ago:

Yeah the change didn't open things up, it actually just made it more encompassing.

Does google not notify their customers of the changes? A person would think that they would do that, to make sure everyone is complying with the new rules.

Does this mean that putting ads in search result is okey.... like this site http://www.pctechtronic.info/web.php?search=web+developing or does this site violate adsense TOS
