Adsense on webmaster blog?

    Hello,

    Do you think its worth putting adsense on a webmaster blog?
    I have seen a few big blogs but a lot don't use adsense.
    Is there much money to be made there?

    If you're running a successful webmaster blog it's better to use affiliate programs and direct ads sales.
    You will make a lot more in comparison with AdSense.

    Im sure thats true.
    What about in the beginning?
    As my blog is only new... Would adsense help much or do you think its mainly pointless?

    You have to decide that.

    Keep in mind:
    1. In the beginning AdSense will earn you for beer, however could annoy some of your visitors.
    2. In the long run you will earn a lot more with affiliate, direct ads sales, but only if you have good traffic.

    It's not an easy decision.

    Ah thanks,
    I am planning to do direct sells sometime anyway... I will see if adsense does anything in the meantime... Otherwise I will remove it :D
