    If it's copyrighted then no adsense, if it's not copyrighted adsense is ok.

    what i am saying is this...........

    let say someone is runing a youtube clone..... and user upload any type of movies specially copyrighted,.... the owner doesn't delate them...........that site has adsense............ what is the risk

    if its a youtube clone, then the owner needs to practice a policy youtube does which is deleting the copywrited material once spotted. but if the owner doesn't delete it, then its a violation of copywrite and against adsense TOS which may result in getting the adsense account banned

    i know that when its user based.. then owner has no risk... since he is allow to delate that when he get copyright notification

    both the adsense tos and the youtube tos specifically prohibit stealing copyrighted content... ALL CONTENT IS COPYRIGHTED THE INSTANT THAT IT IS CREATED.

    "user based" is garbage... users who upload stolen content to your website are not doing it legally, but YOU are responsible for the content on your site.

    "As part of Hollywood's ongoing campaign against online copyright infringement, the motion picture industry has filed a lawsuit against PullMyLink.com, a site that offers links to pirated movies and TV shows.

    The studios accuse the site of profiting from piracy with its ad-supported site, which offers links to movies like "Beowulf" and television programs like "The Tudors." PullMyLink doesn't itself host any content, but the movie industry says the ad-supported site should be held responsible for piracy.

    The PullMyLink site includes a disclaimer that all content is submitted by users and that the company doesn't "condone or promote uploading or downloading copyrighted content." It also promises to comply with any take-down notices."
