Adsense on unfinished website

I am working on a new website and have 7 pages on it already in the navbar. I have only completely 3 of the pages which includes the main page and pages 2 and 3.

if I place ads on the front page even though the site is still being made, am I breaking any TOS ?

wasn't sure if there were any rules stating your website had to be complete or something similar to that.

I dont think you should place adsense on sites "under development"

best bet is wait until you have a minimum of ten pages completed

There's nothing on the TOS that states a site has to be 'finished.' Go ahead and add your Adsense ads, you will be fine.

You can place ads on pages with content. TOS will broken once you place ads on pages without any content or under construction.

You can place it, but why jump the gun? Wait until your site gets going before placing ads. Or just do one for now...
    Good Luck

Thanks for the replys, and I'm not really jumping the gun. The first pages are complete and it is getting traffic, just so happens I haven't had time to get to the last few. Might as well place them and start earning.

I think it would be good as you know if you put ads right now then you will get general ads on your site even after adding content, you will still get general ads for few days! So better add some content then put ads! You are experts so I am sure you know how to make maximum from it.:)

Wait till the site is complete before adding ads. There is no rush. Do all the way then move forward. By waiting you are not going to lose any significant money.

sites "under construction" violate the Adsense TOS - I think that's a good reason for not putting ads up until the site is ready

I have sites with a hundred pages and they are still not finished... :)

I have often read here to wait until your site is big enough - has ten pages or more or whatever, before placing adsense on it. I have never understood why that matters, maybe it does, but I have some sites that are very small, good content, but just a few pages and they get visitors and clicks...

Most sites are a work in progress and I think Google understand that. And unless you are a master at SEO, it is going to take a few days or longer, before you get indexed anyway.

Why not put adsense on the pages that are ready and just leave the "unfinished pages" offline, until they are good enough for visitors.

As long as you have a privacy policy and terms page it should be fine
