I was wondering if it is against TOS to display Google ads on the site with several languages? I signed up to display ads in English as it is the main language of the site.

I think it is not against T&C.The Ads are displyed which are suitable to our content. If the AdSense allows the langaues then the Ads may seen in that perticular language.

Using other languages is fine ( as long as you know what that content is saying and is still in line with TOS ).

Oh here i found it: "You can select your site's primary language during the application process. If you're approved, AdSense will serve relevant ads to your pages in the appropriate language, even if your site contains multiple supported languages.

Please also be aware that placing the AdSense code on pages with content primarily in an unsupported language is not permitted by the AdSense program policies."

I think the adsense ad will be matching according to the content of your sites, though your primary selection is english.

My site has chinese character and thus some ads are in chinese.
