Adsense on Rapidshare links

    I have this website, where i have more rapidshare links.
    Most of the links are from community post.
    Can I use AdSense on this website?

    It's a warez and copyright thing..afraid of breal the adsense TOS

    if the links are not illegal download or not a warez stuff then you can use it!

    The links are not copyright protected. But i don't know how Google feels about rapidshare.

    Rapidshare links are ok if the content is not copyright protected.
    Say, if you are distributing a software, it will be illegal.
