    Hi,
Probably just being over cautious here, but is there any ToS issue with placing AdSense on pages with Public Domain content?
    Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. I don't see how they can say your can't have adsense on public domain conent.

If you are worried about it, email google.

I think Adsense is only concerned about certain types of content (pr0n, etc...), but they worry less about where you get your content. And certainly, if anyone would be pro public domain, it would be Google.

As Jonhenshaw notes, Google is in favor of making public domain works widely accessible, and has indexed tons of public domain books for eventual inclusion in their searches.
