Adsense on Previously Banned (or not) domains with new owners ?

Hello all

I happened to register a website which was expired recently. I didn't know this at the time of registration, after registration while i was trying to check if my site is indexed using cache operator, Google was showing previous owner pages (sedo hosting).

I do not know, whether they placed Google ads on their sites or not. When i checked some of their pages using wayback tools, they had Google custom search feature.

Now i am wondering if i can place my ads on that site even if it was banned from adsense before? Previous owners did some SEO work and obviously all those backlinks leads to 404 errors, did it effect on my site?

Any help is highly appreciated.

 

You can actually put ads on that site as long as the site is not against any Adsense TOS

I used to think once a website is banned, it stays banned. But I might be wrong.

 

Once a website is banned, new owner wont change it.

The new owner will need to submit an appeal to enable adsense on the site again.

 

I disagree. Very rarely i see it may be false on some sites.

 

i have 2 sites banned before and this site shows that thay are not banned.

 

Thanks for all replies. I randomly took some adsense code and placed in my site to check if it display ads, The ads were displayed, then i removed it immediately.

 

U should be lucky!!!!!!!

 

If your sites banned recently, Then it may require some time to update. But i am not saying it's 100% true.
