Okay, I have figured it out !!!
I have just found solution under Adsense, and it is called "Competitive Ad Filter"
It has solved all my problems.
    Sorry for bothering Your people.

EDIT: It seems that this doesnt work.
What can I do people, I am paying Google to show ads on my web site for which I am running ads.
This is just not moral from them :(

In adwords, put the site you don't want your ad to appear on, as a blocked site.

(oh - and the thing you've done on the adsense side probably takes a bit of time to kick in)

    magda's solution should work.

Another way to solve the problem would be to turn off the content network advertsing on your adwords account. But you really shouldn't have to do that.

Yes I have used this solution and after a while I return content network advertising and it is okay now.
Google Adsense takes more than two hours to update blocked websites.

Funny how it works to block from either end... Block from both sides to make sure it's 100% blocked =)

    Always double check ;)
