I highly suggest using image ads instead of text ads, at least, I'm getting more success with them. I have 1 video site making $3-4 per day, mostly thanks to the full banner ad on the top and in the footer of the page.

I've never tried Clicksor. In general, I hate sponsor ad programs - they suck and the payoff is horrible. I'm much more into affiliate marketing.

If you can make money through sponsor ads with Adbrite (where someone bids a lot of money to get their ad on your site on a per-month basis), that's where the real money is. Fighting with penny clicks is an awful waste of any webmaster's time.

If you don't have permission to show the movies, it is a copyright violation, and thus an adsense TOS violation. It's really going to depend on what type of content is being displayed, or linked to.

According to the adsense TOS quoted below:
As far as i know adsense wouldnt consider movie site as legal even tho there is a good argument that you are not hosting the content it self and just linking or embedding it.

That's a good point, but it's probably up to the user to take the gamble then.

Its a 50/50 win or lose game if you think about it, if you get away with it then your lucky but when you get caught you wont be very lucky. Iv seen it used on many sites but iv also heard from users who got banned for using it on there movie site. Up to the user at the end of the day ;)

Movie sites are not really paid well. The niche is not that good. Make sure your video-site is related to something special or you will get extremely low paying advertisements.

Google banned my movies site because I embedded content that seems to be copyrighted. I never hosted any but still according to DCMA you are not even allowed to embed or link to any material that can be copyrighted.

If you want to succeed online you need traffic to your web site. Without traffic you have a great looking site with very useful information and products but no one will ever know. Traffic is the life line for your online business.

    Digital Camera

once you have completed filming your video, plug your camera into your computer. Before uploading your video to Youtube, Google, Yahoo and other video sharing sites be sure to watermark your web site address on each frame. Since most people do not watch the entire video, they can see your web site address and visit your site.

    Web Camera

This are great if want to show how a product works. This a very powerful and successful way to promote your product or affiliate products.

    Pictures

Most PC's come with a piece of software called Windows Movie Maker. With this software you can input your picutres, add cool effects, type and music.

After your video is complete all you have to do is upload it to the video sharing sites. You can do this manually by visiting each site and uploading your video or you can use a free service at tubemogul.com. This service will upload your video for you to multiple video sharing sites.

Be sure to use your keywords in the title of your video. This is what the search engines will index and show on their pages.

Video is very popular and the search engines like Google are always visiting these sites which means that the videos get indexed quickly and start showing up in search engines when your keyword is searched.
