Adsense on incentive based site?

I run a site that offers a service. Before you can use the service you must complete an incentive offer.

Can I use adsense on this site? I won't be having any one click on the adsense links, so that's not what I mean

 

As long as you read the Google Adsense TOS.. you won't have any problem.

There are several incentive based sites that have them. I'm going to be bringing up FreebieFederation.com in the next few days and it will have adsense on it. The incentive is prizes and not clicking on the adsense ads.

 

We currently support adsense on our networks. We have received payments and have not incurred any issues with google.

I would avoid using it on that site, despite the advice you have already been given. This is what the AdSense Program Policies actually say:

It may be putting your account at risk, even though you aren't having the users do anything with the AdSense ads.

This should work fine on that type of site.
