Adsense on image uploading sites

    I know this may have been asked quite a few times before but I haven't found any clear answer.

    I have seen many image uploading sites with adsense on them, is this ok according to their TOS? what if people start uploading copyrighted images or adult images?

    Image/Hosting websites are too risky.

    I would use Adbrite instead.

    its risky but adbrite sucks...they didn't pay my last four checks and all of sudden they said checks are gone due to invalid clicks...what the hack? they came to know after four months...rubbish!
