Adsense on html pages or php scripts ?? which is good ?

Hi, i've been wondering from quite a long time that, if adsense works better on html pages. Because, i have many sites which have both html pages and php scripts like wordpress. But i always see, ctr is always high on html pages compared to scripts. Even when both of them look exactly the same and placement of ads is also same.

Please share your experiences too.

 

It shouldn't make a difference as long as you have the same content/layout.

 

doesn't matter, AdSense look for content, not for the type of file.

 

can't see how that would make any differance... try setting the permalinks so they have .html on the end ;-)

 

it doesn't matter if it's a php file or a html file.. final output is the matter.

you better try changing adsense ad blocks display positions.

 

Personaly I like php based site...Easy to manage when it grows
As it is hard to manage a html site with few hundred pages...it is always a pain to
update or edit any link at all those pages....

I have not known any relation of CTR to html or php...
Maybe your wordpress theme is not optimized much and show irrelevant code
which does not fetch targeted ads as compared to the static pure content site....
