I got email today that my heroes site is against there policy copyright. But none of the videos are hosted on mysite. THer like youtube n stuff. I see lots of other site running adsense. So what should I do now should emailed them and try explaining tto them tha none of the videos are hosted on my site. or find another ads like adbrite etc.
hi, there are so many alternatives to adsense. you already mentioned adbrite is one of it. for video sites and music sites, copy right issues are more frequent. thanks, raj
Some content on YouTube is copyright infringement, its hard for them to monitor the millions of videos. They probably found a link to one on your site that they removed. You must follow the AdSense guidelines to stay a publisher.
they said the diable my heroes channel but i still see ads there how come. should i remove it or keep going with that.
so this what i got from them. is that mean only www.watch-heroes.com/season-1.html this page doen't allow ads or all of them site. What guys suggest remove ads from site overall or just from that page. Also should email adsense back explaining them that none of the video is hosted on my website.
"involved in the distribution of copyrighted materials" - You are doing that even if the videos are not hosted by you, you are breaking their rules so may not display AdSense on that website.
Unfortunately, many websites owners do not know what's copyright violation according to MPAA. I guess you guys need to learn whats right and whats wrong. According to MPAA, distributing content or even linking to copyright content on the web is a violation. The latest classic example is www.movieforumz.com which was no.1 movile forum for distributing direct download links. Remember they were not hosting anything however still was slapped by legal notice. Now they shut down all illegal movie sharing. Go take a look on their website and also the notice they received posted on the forum.
