    I know this is illegal.

    Google doesn't allow you to place your adsense code on domain parkings, but!

    The domain you registered with has their Adsense on it. Anyone care to reference this?

    No, it's not illegal, especially if you go through SEDO or any other parking services. In fact, Google has A SPECIAL PROGRAM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR PARKED DOMAINS.
