AdSense on directory site, what's your experience?

    So I am almost done developing a directory site (niche related to clothing) and weighing the monetizing options. I have never run a directory before and hence have no idea on how Adsense perform on these sites. So, what's your personal experience on running Adsesne on a directory site? Is it good or bad, or does it depend on the niche etc.. Would you recommend?

    Wouldn't get much since there isn't much content and moreover to get good payout with adsense you need good traffic. Good luck with your site. :)

    I am also new to this field like you.

    To be honest, if it wasn't for seo, I wouldn't even care to surf a directory. Wouldn't even give a thought about making one.
    The only people who regularly surf directory would be seo people. right?

    So I wouldn't expect it can earn a bit. I am considering myself doing this as a hobby, for the time being.
