    If you mean that you can't add your AdSense code then I don't know what might cause it. Maybe you need to give it some time to find the proper ads.

    If you're applying to AdSense using Blogger and get rejected you probably have to add more content or pick another topic for your blog? Hard to say without seeing your site :p

    Try to write some content, read the Adsense TOS to see the rules of the game and after that apply again ;)
