Adsense on Anime sites?

Someone told me, thet is not agains to google TOS using adsense on anime sites (dragonball), if the videos are not from youtube. I am not sure if i right, so please for your view of the situation.

 

Yup, you'll get banned unless you have legit embeds from youtube.

The issue is whether the holder of the copyright - the creator of the video - has given permission for other people to embed the videos. So even YouTube videos can be a problem if people have uploaded the content without the creator's permission.

sometime gogle ban embdded videos on dailymotion and do not ban embded video on youtube .
seems like that ask members to use youtube videos .
