Adsense on an Image Hosting Site

I recently made a unique image hosting script for my site picsopedia.com which is in the Beta

now that I am getting good traffic I think of taking this serious and want your opinion

which Google Adsense Units will perform the best on picsopedia.com according to your ideas and suggestions?

Image Units or Text Units? Plus what Ad size should I use at what Positions to get the maximum CTR

and also is using Adsense on an Image Hosting Site a good idea for making good money?

 

Generally i think image ads work better on hosting sites.

 

I tried the image ads and they did not work well for me at all. The text ads have worked better. Each site would be different I suppose.

 

use texts ads for sure. image ads suck

 

Images hosting didn't have many text content.
I suppose text ads maybe good than images.

I have a Image Site soc.goc.vn, I think you can use text ad for your site.

 

text ad cpc will be higher than image ad
