Adsense on a streaming music site?

I have an mp3 search and download site, which is against their TOS. If i disabled the download option and only allowed playlists and streaming music, do you think this would be ok?

 

I imagine it would still be against their terms of service since you are offering illegal content.

 

for the video sites is the rule that you have posted

You may stream videos from youtube but cannot offer download for them

For music sites im not sure

 

Unless you have permission to stream the music, it would be copyright infringement and against the adsense tos. Anytime you are in doubt, set up a test page and email adsense telling them the page isn't public but wanted to know if it complies with their tos. They usually respond within a day. That way you have a written response if issues come up later.

 

if it a music sharing site, then most likely people will be searching for random musics and download them which would make it a violation of copywrite. unless you have permission to distribute those musics, i would not suggest putting adsense on such a site

 

Don't provide direct download links for your music list in your site...
