Adsense on a Proxy site?

hello all!

well i was wondering if it is legal for one to place adsense ads on a proxy site, if not, could i place any other high payout ads on there?

im pretty sure its legal. the payouts would be horrible, plus the CTR will be horrible too.

 

Google Adsense is allowed on proxy sites. Yahoo Publishing Network is not allowed in case you were wondering going that route.

 

I emailed Google about this, and they were perfectly fine about it.

 

There are heaps of proxy sites out there that display adsense on their sites. As far as I know, there are no problems having adsense on them.

 

The ads are usually not very well targetted with adsense on proxy sites. You might be better off looking elsewhere for ads to display.

just be careful about putting adsense on the proxified pages. some ***wipe decide to search for pron through my proxy ...
got an email from google some time after saying i couldnt use adsense on that domain anymore. :/

You can't put adsense on proxified pages..period. It's not because anyone wants to look at porn through your proxy. Adsense is simply not allowed on the proxified pages.

Search "proxy site" and "Adsense" on DP alone and you'll get a ton of threads about how people are getting suspended or banned for putting Adsense on proxy sites. It is VERY risky. I wouldn't recommend it.
