Adsense on a Google named domain?

Lets say you have a domain name that includes the name "Google". For example. Finditwithgoogle.com where you give tips about they best ways to search with Google.

On this site you put adsense.

Is this illegal to do?
Can google close your account for doing this?

they may have copyrights to the name but there are many sites that use adsense or google in the name.

The company I do not believe will have a problem with any of these sites as long as they arent trying to make people believe that they are in fact google or try and bash google or promote the competition of google on their websites.

They do have the right to cease your domain name, but its all good for google as long as your not putting their name down or promoting their competition

While it's true that Google is trademarked, Google does tolerate having domains with Google in them. I should know! (MakeEasyMoneyWithGoogle.com)

Note that Google tracks these domains. I know, because I've gotten HTTP referrals from inside Google and the name of the page in the referral URL implies it was from a list of domains with Google-related trademarks that someone was maintaining. It's easy for Google to get this information, of course, because they're a domain registrar and have access to the raw information in the domain registries.

What does this mean? If you're not doing damage to the Google name, probably nothing. But if you are, they may just sick their lawyers on you...
